What exhibitors and partners say about Ptak Warsaw Expo fairs

“Nothing replaces meeting the manufacturer, the exhibitor, in person. Watching and shaping the direction the industry takes is possible thanks to meetings like these. First editions of a fair give exactly that opportunity.”
Paweł Babski, Polish Chamber of Exhibition IndustryPresident of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, industry partner
“It’s the first edition of the fair, so we didn’t know what to expect, and we got something we are very happy with. There are a lot of contacts, a lot of companies, and we expect to win many new clients here.”
Janusz Jabłoński, Perunium AIExhibitor at Ptak Warsaw Expo technology fairs
“The organisation at the fair is excellent and the attendance is very good. Our stand is getting plenty of interest, so we feel our offer finds its audience here and this fair is a good place for us.”

How exhibiting works
The price depends on the sector, stand size and stand build, so your exhibition manager prepares the quote. If you enquire early, you get first choice of location in your sector and can ask about preferential terms.
You tell us your sector, approximate stand size and contact details. The form is at the bottom of this page.
Your exhibition manager calls you, asks about your products and what you want from the fair, then suggests a location in your sector.
